Absences - If you have ordered a lunch for your child and they are absent on a hot lunch date, please contact us at info@essparents.ca by 11AM if you would like to arrange to pick up your lunch. If we do not hear from you, your lunch will be disposed of and no refunds will be issued.

Join Our Parent Volunteer School Traffic Patrol!
School Council is thrilled to announce the beginning of our new Parent Volunteer Traffic Patrol Program, designed to make our school drop-off and pick-up safer and easier, launching in September!
This parent-led initiative is all about boosting student safety, supporting our dedicated school staff, and building an even stronger community.
Why Volunteer? With flexible 15-minute shifts, designated parking, and even childcare options, it's easier than ever to get involved, and you can make a difference in our children's safety!

Here are a few examples of what your support is helping our Parent Association to achieve:
Purchasing new books and resources for our library and our classrooms through Scholastic Book Fair.
Purchasing resources such as new drums for the music room, gym equipment and Chromebooks.
Providing funding for classroom field trips.
Providing school community events such as Healthy Hunger hot lunches and spring Carnival.
Providing a fresh fruit basket in the office for students to take if they need it.
Renting the Terwillegar Community Church to host student winter and spring music concerts.
Supporting our staff with regular appreciation initiatives including breakfast for PD Days and treats in the staff room.
